Bad customer service

On the 14th of September 2015 at about 19:09 i visited the pick 'n pay store in equestria to purchase some asprin and medlemon. When i got to the till i was welcomed by a very rude AGNESIA PHORI. First i was not given a warm welcome and at the same time not greeted at all by AGNESIA instead took the four items that i bought scanned them and proceeded to the very popular line \plastic sir"whereas i shook my head as \""no thank you\"" sign. I then handed over my dedit card to proceed with payment and she used the speed point machine to type the total amount then came my turn to punch in the pin. The speed point machine was literally tossed to me so i can punch in my pin by then little did i know that there's more from where that came from. After payment then i get my debit card literally thrown back at me for me to pick up wheras i had given it to her directly in her hands. I was puzzled when she laughed because i didn't find anything funny in what had done. If this is pick 'n pay's way to say thank for shopping at pick 'n pay then i must say it is really disgusting and i wouldn't want to spend a single cent ever again at any pick 'n pay store in future.
