bad customer service

I bought some goods at pick 'n pay and was really disgusted by the employees there. Its not all of them but most of them has this bad attitude. I went to the till point to pay my goods and the cashier told me that her till was unavailable. Some of her collegues were standing there too and they laughed about it. As I was about to walk to another till,they called me back and said they were only joking. I'm just really gatvol of ther attitudes. There's also a girl who works at the bakery who has a bad attitude with certain customers but when a white man or lady buys there,she smiles and gives them the best service. When they come in to the shop I work,I give them the best service so I expect the same in return.
