Bad customer service

Bought groceries and when I told the lady at the till by the name of Amanda that I also wanted to add cigarettes she told the lady that was packing and that lady said I must go and check at the kiosk, failed to understand why she didn't go and get the cigarettes or I was supposed to leave the till and walk to the kiosk to get the cigarettes then come back to the till that ladies name is ntombi
