Bad customer service

Pick n pay promemade mall in Mitchells Plain is the worst customer service store with each and every visit especially now during lockdown. Securities at the door, trolley guys and even management, one manager in particular. I wish i didnt even have to shop here but i have no choice as its the only one in Mitchell's Plain. I did my shopping today after weeks of waiting for my uif money and it finally came through. I was buying a whole lot of stuff as it is my son's birthday in a few days and i wanted to make it special for him. As soon as i got out of the store i realised i wanted to buy me a ready made pie because i am so hungry and have been queuing everywhere. When i asked the security if i could just go in they said no but purposefully let two other people in after i asked. On top of that as we walking into the store thr manager had no way of speaking to the lady in front of me asking her "where is your" instead of Mam u need a trolley in front of u for social distancing. I really find no pleasure in visiting this store
