Bad customer service

Hi im a concerned customer who is disappointed, last week i went to Pick n pay in Soshanguve Block HH on the 7 May 2022 to withdraw money from Sassa the lady who helped me said i must buy first, then i was like wow since wen, i said i always withdraw the money from all the Pick n pay and she said its their only pick n pay who is doing that. Reason im writing these is because of im hurt nd disappointed. Thank you.
