bad customer service

I went to pick n pay wanting to buy 1 item stood in a long q @ the kiosk when it was my turn to pay I was told I can't pay for the braai pack of chicken I must go stand in another queue with an attitude what happened to 'customer is king' while I was speaking to her she went on speaking to another customer
