Bad customer service

The service from pick and pay hyper Northgate is stinky the lady by the name of Selebatso Cecilia Mopereo thinks that she is doing is customers a favour by serving us. Please teach her customer service manners as I felt like I was at a tuck shop they way she treated me and made me look stupid in front of other customers.
