Bad Customer Service

I had a very disturbing encounter today, infact just now at Pick'n'Pay Garankuwa zone 7. I was struggling to get cash from all cashiers. Then I asked the lady by the name of Prudence that why don't have cash on the tills and she said 'I must go ask the girl on the same street as mine' She was rude and arrogant. She doesn't know how to treat a customer.

I am not happy with the customer service I got today. Am disappointed, I didn't expect that especially from PnP am disappointed. I've been a customer for years I have never encountered such. You know if I was arrogant I wouldn't say a word. After her response I smiled and walk away, I don't have time for unprofessional service providers
