Bad Customer Service

Every month i make my way down to Ottery Hyper Pick n Pay to do my monthly grocery shopping, theirs many reasons why i choose this store.

- its clean - they have everything i need in one store - its conveniant for me and my family

But whats the point in having all that but your staff has absolutely no customer service s****s, the staffs attitudes are pathetic. I have had 3 bad experiences but dont want to go too much into detail. Now dont get me wrong as not all are bad as their are some great people working thier which is why i still do my shopping their, but please somebody has to do something about the level of service especially at the till point, at least get them to smile even if its a **** one.
