Bad customer service

Hey

I had a very bad expirience in eyethu mall pick n pay liquor.

I bought 2 cans of smirnof pine twist they were hot so when I got to the till the cashier by the name of thapelo mathe.

I asked him nicely that can I return 1 and take 1 cause they were not that cold and I needed to drink them now. He told me I must wait on the side I asked him ain't you gonna call manager he said I will but he kept continuing with his work he took about 5 customers then he went to call the manager for authorization. I then asked him in front of the manager makhosazana isn't by my tight to return something when I wanna change my mind he said he doesn't know, he went as far as been sarcastic with the manager saying this beverage I bought is hot, the manager insisted him to Apologize and he didn't. I then pleased him to give me bioplus then he said I must go to the next till Infront of the manager. Then he was actually forced by the manager to assist me. And when I went out he actually laughed.

I am really not happy with their customer service especially the cashier
