BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I had a very bad customer experience at pick N' pay in westonaria. KOKETSO,NOMSA AND FRANK were very rude not helpful at all!!!! they simply didn't care i left the store very angry i am a regular customer and a very potential one but i will no accept such a service from such people!!!! i will return the goods and will appreciate if i get my refund back and purchase elsewhere.
KOKETSO WAS IN A HURRY TO GO HOME WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE.
FRANK TRIED REASONING FOR NOTHING WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL!!!
NOMSA WAS VERY RUDE AND DOESNT TAKE HER JOB SERIOUSLY!!!
