BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went to Pick n Pay Jubilee Mall on the 11th of January 2019. I must say I'm very disappointed that i got especially from the store Sunday, I did my shopping as i enter the store there was a price for R8.95 on the A4 Counter books i took 2 since i wanted them. went to the POS after i paid i checked my receipt and i noticed i was charged R28.95 for the A4 Counter book. i told the cashier that assisted me, she said i can go get the price but i asked her if someone can go with me, i went with the packer the price was indeed R8.95. she took the price to the till supervisor but the till supervisor said that was the wrong price. i told her that was the only price on the books and the packer confirmed it. she called the store manager i explained to him we went where i got the books but he refused to give it for that price and there was no other price and i asked him why are you putting wrong prices on the items he said it could be one of the customers of which i doubt. he refused to give it for that price he was so rude and arrogant for a store manager, he doesn't have customer service at all. i have pictures of the layout and the prices that was put on the books. ILL NEVER EVER GO BUY MY STUFF AT PICK N PAY JUBILEE MALL EVER
