Bad customer service

I lost R200 in the store and I then informed 2 of the staff personnel, and asked them if they could just help me by viewing their cameras to see where I lost my money.

The personnel with no name tag told me that she can't leave the door(acting as a security guard) to attend my case. And the money was not taken by any of the staff, probably the customers took it, I must just forget about it.

They (2 staff personnel with no name tags) further stated that what's the use of checking their cameras because I won't find my money. I then, asked what should I do? Then the lady responded by saying she doesn't know, and I must just forget about her leaving the door and going to view the store cameras

All this happened on 12-12-2018 around 19:00 at Pick n Pay Station Square in Pretoria.
