Bad customer service

On the 04/09/2018 at 12:41 am i made a payment of R 2500 at Pick n pay chrishanni in vosloorus for real people account using an easy pay number ,i gave the cashier the account number and an absa card to swap from,but the following day when i contacted real people call center to find out if the payment was received ,they confirmed it has not yet reflected on their system they asked me to send them prove of payment, of which i did email to them .

then they said it takes probably 7 to 14 days to reflect and when i called them in 14 days they told me the amount hasn't reflected on their system so now i fail to understand if its pick n pay at fault or real people group.
