Bad customer service

So today i went to buy grocery at Pick n Pay Maponya Mall after a very long day ,i was assisted by BOITUMELO; i had a trolley full of food and to my surprise the cashier blatantly refused to help me pack my grocery saying it's not her job. Keeping me in mind that there's a long queue behind me she would rather walk around and stretch. As a business you should be careful who you hire to represent you, correct me if I'm wrong; you hire somoene to deliver customer service. If doesn't serve the purpose why hire her in the first place. Quit waisting our time please
