Bad Customer Service

I am so disappointed and disgusted. Yesterday the 12/09/2018 I went to Pick 'n Pay(Chris Hani Crossing) to get a few stuff. When i got home the meat had a foul smell. I had to turn back to return it and when I got there the service was so poor, no apology whatsoever, the stuff was even laughing, the Lady who assisted me went to an extend of asking me why i didn't smell the meat before I left,how is that my Job? I was inconvenienced financially and she didn't even have the decency to apologize,instead it was a laughing matter to them.
