Bad Customer Service
I am so disappointed in Pick n Pay Kroonstad. I'm not sure whether it's laziness on a Sunday morning or just plain bad customer service. I sent someone to go buy garlic rolls and the poor child came back with garlic bread and upon trying to return these and exchange for the garlic rolls, he was told that they don't do such as there is no guarantee on the items, and the person who authorises such transactions won't arrive until 11 or 12pm. They even had the audacity to point out how another customer even left food at one of the tills because he couldn't be assisted for the same issue. See me **** me going back to PnP in Murray Street Kroonstad.
