Bad customer service

I usually buy from this store as it is the closest to where I live. I went there yesterday to get a few things that I needed. I have picked up some Banana's and stood next to rhe weighing station. As I was picking the Banana's the lady that was working in the fruit veg(I saw-her packing them) walked away when I was walking to where the veggie weigh is. Then the was another guy at the veggie fridge packing. He saw me but ignored. I stood there for about 7 minutes he still did not come. Then he came by and said to me 'I thought you would wave at me so that I can come and help you. Like really, who is the client and who is the shop staff. I left for the till then after the cashier was done with the client that was helped before me. The Packer lady said to the Cashier 'Chomi pls wait I am going to fetch something so that I can pay'. The Cashier waited the Packer got a Nougat she paid for it by waht looked like a client's receit that had the discount cause smarter shopper card was not evn swiped. So when all of this was happenening myself and the rest of the clients behind me had to wait. What kind of customer service is this?
