Bad customer service

I bought long life milk at pick n pay Protea Glen mall on Friday the 19 January only to find out the milk has expired(Pick n pay brand). I took the milk back and the consultant that helped me was extremely RUDE. I asked for the manager she came back saying she is busy and won't be able to see me and she told me to take my money and go buy somewhere else.
