Bad customer service

The Pick and Pay in Springfield ,Durban.. Has been a terrible store when it comes to stock items ,efficient staff,efficient managers and in general a problem store to shop at. Their bread slicer is always not working... The staff are unhelpful...basic bakery items are sold out by 3 and no effort is made to make more as this is a busy time as people going home will pop by to purchase such items...their cat food is always low...why do they even open? I am a daily shopper as I live next to the centre and we have now taken it our task to have it closed and put in checkers or a Woolworths store or a saverite store as they will be more efficiently run to the needs of our community... I called the customer care line on. Sunday the 19 th and still have to date have not heard back from the store manager or franchise owner as per my request... The customer care lady has not even called me back as a common courtesy to follow up on my complaint... Service is putrid to say the least...
