Bad Customer service

<p>On 13 December I purchased Simba Peanuts and Raisins and Black Berries because I had a birthday function. On arriving home, i discovered that the Black Berries was mouldy and Peanuts and Raisins was not fresh. I felt embarassed for having to put old nuts and raisins on the table for my guests. Yesterday when I returned the old and mouldy products, i was assisted by Sadi, who acted in a very unprofessional manner. whilst helping me she was having a merry conversation with her colleagues and no apology was forthcoming from her or the lady who authorised the credit. The money was handed to me by the lady who authorised the credit with no apology for the old and mouldy stuff and no empathy was showed. Said continued to have her conversation with her colleagues and I told her I would take this further as this is very bad customer service. This happened at Pick n PAy Plumstead, Gabriel Road</p>
