Bad customer service

<p> As I'm writing this message I'm disappointed and angry with the service my sister and I received from one of the staff members picknpay senaone soweto.first of all it is my sisters birthday her husband went to buy a cake yesterday and didn't check the expiry date when he got as we were about to cake the cake there was something offish about the cake it the cream wasn't nice at all basically it was rotten secondly they sell rotten food to customers what kind of a service is that???? We took back the cake back to the store we we demanded to the person in charge by the name of freddy who gave us freakin attitude and told us we ate and brought it back and want to blame on them what infuriates me Is that he didn't take ownership and apologize and embarrassed us infront the staff and customers we left the cake there and left the shop I want action to take place I want them to pay for the embarrassment they caused us and our money back. </p>
