Bad customer service

So it is me and Pick 'n Pay again. Different braqnch. I went to the Centurion branch (Behind Makro) yesterday (29/08/2016) and bought approx R400 worth of groceries. When paying, I asked the cashier where my animal cards are. She just abrubtly said the promotion is finished. I went to the manager on duty (this was about 18h00) who gave the same abrupt remark, stating there are signs on the door about it. I went outside and only saw signs that the promotion ends on 31/08/2016. I confronted him about the date and his reply was. "No stock, no promotion". Unacceptable. And Pick 'n Pay staff, including management, can really take some lessons from Woolworths regarding good manners.

Good day Andre
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
Kindly accept our sincerest apologies for the poor service received. Due to the overwhelming response of the Super Animals campaign most of our stores have already run out of stock of the merchandise.
We will address the behaviour of the cashier and manager on duty and will be in touch with feedback.
Kind Regards
