Bad customer service

Yesterday I went to Greenstome mall Pick ‘n pay swa pampers nappies with a R186 sign for nappies plus wet wipes for free. When I got to the till they price was R229 plus R25.99 for the wet wipes. The cashier asked the packing lady to go check. She goes for about 15 min, when she returns she comes with this rude and patronizing lady who told me that i had got the wrong nappies. I proceed to show them (the picture i took with my phone) that the sticker they had (on the nappies) is what made me take the nappies in the first place. She then told Me that the sticker is placed anywhere so I took the wrong nappies and the ones i should have taken are not in stock in any case. When I asked her does this mean that they are adverting what is not in the shop she agreed and said it only applies to the nappies which are not in the shop. And the advertised sticker was just saying that is what they are saying. Out of irritation i cancelled the sale coz I felt that they not only were false advertising but I felt insulted by this woman who clearly thinks that it is ok to treat black people as if they know nothing about thier customer rights and should be talked down upon. My complaint? I feel that those staff members were untruthful about the sale and what was being advertised
