BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to pick n pay today I purchased some items. I told the cashier that I would also like to draw money. She told me that she doesn't have enough money for me.but she wil ask the supervisor to assist. The supervisor came and said that the manager is busy in the office and that he is the one who needs to count the money aswell. While I'm asking her if she can Maybe tell the manager that the customer need money...another customer came to the supervisor and also ask if he can withdraw money.she told him that it is impossible , he ask why ?she said the office dorm is closed the manager is busy and they are all waiting for him..so I told her that I'm confused because that means they don't care about the customer, and it's very unfair.....I ask if she can maybe let the manager know that the customers needs money...she. told me she needs to wait the door is close
