Bad customer service

I am Nonhlanhla sibisi.I bought a ice cream vanilla /bar one flavour on the 22.09.2020 at 18:59 at Bara City pick n pay .I opened it on the 24.09.2020 at 20H00 ,I then realised that it was not in good condition . It's either their fidge where mul****ioning it looked like its was defrozed and later frozen again .

On the 25.09.2020 around 17: 15 I went to change it but was so disappointed on the treatment I got . Firstly I was helped by some guy who didn't have a name badge who told me to wait for a supervisor, the lady came and said she doesn't deal with frozen food .after 15min of waiting, Nonkululeko the frozen goods merchandiser came to assist me but the manager by the name of Stanley told her not to exchange it because I was supposed to open it the following day ,it now late to exchange nor refund me .

I have never felt so humiliated n disrespected in my life .I then decided to live the Ice cream with him since I could not use it nor get my refund for that matter .
