bad customer relations

i was at pick n pay bara square on a quest to purchase golden cloud ****in ready mix where i was over charged for the items, I then relayed the issue to the cashier (Mamello) who escalated the issue to a floor manager by the name of Phindile. Phindile dragged her feet on resolving the issue, making me wait 20-25 minutes without any explanation as to why she is not hands on the matter. the worst part of it all was that she did all this with an unpleasant attitude
