Bad Customer Relations

Wrote an e mail to Pick n Pay on there website complaining about the staff attitude mainly Pick n Pay Kolonnade Retail. This was on Sunday 16/01/2022 or Monday 17/01/2022. Guess what , Not even there Customer "Service" Department has the courtesy to respond. No wonder the store was so empty and there opposition was packed with customers
