Bad customer experience

Pick n pay cashier at Forest Hill yesterday gave me ****py service, she never packed my items in the bag. She asked me if i have a smart shopper i said no and ask her what she would need if i do one, she never answer me because while she was helping she was grumpy chitchat with other cashier complaining about tea times roaster. That was bad service ever received at Pick n Pay stores and promise myself never to shop Pick n Pay Forest Hill.
