Bad customer experience

The service at this store extremely bad, I went to the pick n pay liquor the cashier was very rude and then I went to the store when I got to the parcel counter they where cleaning shopping baskets on top of the counter and I had to wait until they decided I could be assisted. This kind of service is unacceptable!!!! And the store itself there are trolleys everywhere we have to move the trolleys ourselves to get to the cashier. I’m really not happy with the service at this store.
