bad customer experience

I visited your liquor store at northgate on Saturday 23rd around 11:30 and seen a special on the johnny walker swing wich was half price on your end of line table. I wanted to purchase it as gift and I was told that its being kept for a customer!!! Like since when does pick and pay reserve alcohol for customers? Whats the point in having a sale when stuff can be reserved for a select few ?? Me the paying customer is actually there in store and cant buy it ridiculous !!! I even sent an email to your customer care on Monday and no response!! Was also told when I enquired about dimple which was also half price that the prices could not be printed so they cant sell it.Too many excuses at this store . Really disappointed
