Bad customer experience

Had a horrible experience at Pick n Pay Circle Centere 30/10/22 18:24 when I wanted to pay for the things I bought I was looking for my card cz it was inside my handbag and the cashier Christian Seya was impatient with me and wanted to cancel my transaction she said that I was taking too long I’m like that’s because I’m looking for my card. She told me that I had to pay and I told her that I’m aware that I need to pay hence I was getting my card and also told her I wouldn’t get out of my house to buy things and expect not to pay for them, she then proceeded with the next customer and ignored me. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with Pick n Pay Circle Centre’s cashiers they are so disrespectful and treat us like we one of their friends.
