Bad customer care

I’m a customer at your store (Panorama, Cape Town) for many years, just for the fact its in my area and quick access.

Today was the cherry on the cake for bad service. So many times I see staff hiding in the isles on their phones. You feel bad to bother them for help.

I went to the till today at about 14:05 today. The female cashier was talking to a male employee. I start to pack out my trolly and thought the conversation will come to a end. Not one of them even acknowledge me, so I packed my stuff back and left to another till. While packing out at the second till, I took a photo of them, still chatting away. They were in such a deap conversation, I’m sure they didnt even know there was someone there.

Very disappointed in my “go to” store.
