Bad cashier

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Epsom Downs Pick n pay I interacted with one of your cashiers, 'Sibingile' and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The cashier was unable to answer my questions, and their demeanor was dismissive, with a visible "don't care" attitude on their face. This left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I expect staff members to be knowledgeable and courteous, but this interaction did not meet those standards.

As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I urge you to address this matter promptly to ensure a more positive customer service experience in the future.
