I open a store account and it has been approvd so now after 3 phone calls and no help stil no OTP an no credit how does thise work no help nothing. Why am i bateling so.

15 Oct 2019, 16:23I did not apply at that time for pnp store card. Yesterday i got n messeg say congrat your store account is redy to us???? Now i log in my cart it shows the money i just can buy bateling with card pin so plz do tel me how am i declind?
