Bad business practises

I have just had one of the worst experiences at pick and pay now personally if this was my company or i was a share holder i would be very worried cause these kind of things are what lead to the downfall of big businesses, i get to Mayfield daveyton i find a line that literally goes all around the shop so like any other customer i go inquire as to what's the cause for this and first i might an employee who's not wearing his tag and i ask why 4 tills are closed, there is no express till and there are no packers?, so because he doesn't have a clear answer he points me in the direction of "the manager" who only has Johannes on his tag and nothing about his position, then when he comes over he becomes very frustrated at me saying out of all days i choose today to supposedly complain as if he does not want to be home with his family like i'am and then he tells me i'm just one customer, and i just have to say with the love and support i had for pick and pay after my own mother worked there for years giving quality service at boksburg, i think i no longer would like to shop there and for you pick and pay to stop such some of your manager should be learn about customer service and i say some cause i have been to springs, boksburg, benoni, northmead and i have never been made to feel so unappreciated
