BAD BAD SERVICE FROM PICK AND PAY

I used the P&Pay app last night to order us items online with the last money in my account. Order placed at 16h50. By 18h00 I still did not receive anything I phoned the call centre the lady informed me that the driver was on his way. 20h00 I phoned again while speak to the call centre agent the call dropped she did not even bother phoning me back. So my family went to bed last night with empty stomach because an Online Service cannot handle proper customer service to their people. Why run an app to compete with other stores if you cant provide the service. This is not the first time many Sunday's I would order veggies with meat . Only veggies arrive NO MEAT. I am really disappointed with your service just like the rest of South Africa your service is appalling. Want to offer me a R150 voucher for the inconvenience what a joke. Please do not support the ASAP app because there ASAP means anytime before Christmas.
