Bad Bad service !!!!

Have had endless and very bad experience at the Bedfordview branch of this retailer. Over the many years I have complained to all managers at this branch about the rude and utterly disgusting service at the deli counter. This counter should be closed to save you further embarrassment. 1: The ladies are extremely rude, distant and definitely not interested in serving customers., The cold meat gets cut and displayed in huge quantities, the result being that it always looks old, unappetising . You dare not ask for a fresh quantity to be cut and sliced to your liking as the claws then really come out. How dare you dispute the freshness of what is displayed? I have over the many years of doing my weekly shop at this particular branch not had one good experience at the cold meat counter. The most unpleasant ladies get to work here. 2: This store has definitely gone down in service over the years. Your personnel are forever standing in little groups chatting or on the cell phone, customers being the least of their concern. Believe me, I am not asking for the impossible. Just courtesy, a thank you and not treat you like a burden. Thank you, but no thank you. You will not miss my custom, but I have finally taken my leave from your premises. There are still a few better ones out there.
