Bad bad service and rude

Morning. As a customer of p&p for the past 20 years, I have never had such bad service and experience like the Grabouw branch. Their attitude is that they are doing me a huge favor by serving me. Never a good morning. The only time they acknowledge you is to ask if you want a plastic. You also have to wait for them to finish on the phone or when they are finished there private chat with the others staff. I will never use P&p again. Spar has staff that have manners and have a chat with you, and you feel welcome to shop there. This will probably fall on deaf ears, and service will be the same
