Bad bad service always

I'm at Pick n Pay Daveyton Mall since I arrived at 7:30 because I saw the store was opening 7:00, but to my surprise they still not open and its now 7:50 I called the store no answer. I always experience horrible service from this store but waiting so long outside it's worse. I guess it's because it has black management hence they treat their fellow black customers like this😤
