bad bad service

On sunday as I had a party I decided to drive to westgate shopping centre where I decided ill spend my money at pick and pay as am a very loyal customer of many years.I then decided to buy a wine, their wine section was opened so I took 2 5 litres I guess that cost over 200 rands.went to a queue where I waited 20 minutes bear in mind I was with my wife who is pregnant for 8 months but we waited.when I got to the counter I was told no sir we cant sell a wine after 3pm.I was very disappointed as no where it says they cant sell wines after 3pm and when I got to there other side the wine section was wide open so any customer could have done the same.I then request for a store manager where a gentlemen by the name of Kabelo tried to assist by couldnt as the store manager was no way to be found.so I wait another 1 hour my wife is pregnant and we have been waiting for almost 2 hours.finally Brenden comes back so I went to speak to him he handled the query amicably however I had to scream and make myself feel less of a person as no 1 no 1 wanted to assist us apart from Brenden and Kabelo.if this query is not resolved to my satisfaction am taking it to the consumer council .we need a gestu
