Bad bad service

So, Smart Shopper send an SMS with 20% off any two packs of beer, I call my nearest store, on the number they give for the liquor store, bedfordview, and I ask for a price on black label 330ml, I then waited for 5minutes and 17 seconds before I ring off and dial again, again on hold for another 4.5 mins!! Still no price, third time put on hold for 3.5mins! STILL no price, persistent as I am, I call again, and tell whoever answered the phone that I've now been waiting for more than 10 minutes for a price, guess what, he tells me that this is not the liquor store!!! It's the main store and he has to go all the way to the liquor store to get me a price! Told him not to bother. You should go to Ultra Liquors, prices are WAY cheaper, even with the "20%" discount. Sorry PnP, this is not good enough. Don't bother responding, cos I'm done with PnP
