bad bad mobile money

Today I received money from someone thru pick n pay mobile...and I had to open a Acc with them as I'm using a new cellphone no..my problem then started I used my own cellphone to call the call centre then I was sent from pillar to post until my artime was exhausted...so I called again ns got helped by thenjiwe oh my word the lady doesn't have a great attitude she doesn't talk English she was so rude to me that I ended up dropping the phone without finishing opening an Acc again...so now I have money which I can't access all because of dis mobile money thing....pls pls ppl never ever use money transfer from pick n pay its very very bad
