BAD BAD BAD SERVICE I WANT MY PRODUCT BACK

I bought an Ellies power super CBE Mini Pack in December 2021 from Pick n Pay and now in beginning of June it went dead so I took it in for it's warranty and I'm still waiting, nothing is happening and everytime I go there they have one or other excuse and they also not very friendly, and I use this device for my work during loadshedding and without it I am now losing money. Pick n Pay ha the worst Client service I have ever seen. They are truly bad and *****ed with their dealings I mean this is unacceptable in which year will I receive my product back for which I paid with my hard earned money and now Im losing money because of bad service and *****ed equipment form Pick n Pay in Firchardt Park
