Bad bad bad service from Ms Sangweni

Today at pick n pay at trade route mall in lenasia..I had the worst experience. Oscarina Sangweni a staff member of pick n pay does not know how to treat customers. At the parcel they did not allow us to enter with our trolley which was filled..we wanted to leave the trolley at the parcel counter but was told we can't and we had to unpack our groceries from the trolley into the parcel counter shelves. Why couldnt we just leave the goods in the trolley at the counter? Ms Sangweni was very rude and not willing to assist. I then left with my trolley. I spent R210.39 at pick n pay and it was my last. Pick n pay should train their staff on handling customers.
