Bad bad bad service

I ordered using Pick And Pay ASAP,the money went out of my account and my order was not delivered ,I called the call Centre and spoke to a lady called “AKILA” and when I explained my situation she said I would receive refund after 48 hours and when I told her I cannot wait for 48 hours with no food in my house her friends in the background laughed about it,I would never use pick and pay ever in my life,2 days back I ordered and received rotten g****s,it’s so annoying and I reported it but still no refund ,so today I gave them a benefit of a doubt and I ordered,only for my money to be taken with no goods delivered
