Bad bad bad service

Dear PnP brackenfell hyper. Today i wanted to beat up your managers. Bad attitude. Bad service and why on a saturday dont you have more tills open? Anycase, i stood in line and the guy infront of me bought a coffee machine. The price he had was 1099 but when they scanned it, it was 1799. So he went to show the lady. Then management came and also looked but when he came back he said he cant give if for 1099 even if its marked wrong. Luckly the guy didnt give up and i hope at the end he got it for that price. Now this happened a few times with me as well. If your staff and managers are too lazy to mark the stuff correct they should be fired or maybe the bigger bosses should come inspect them. The managers made that guy look like an idiot and wasted my time waiting in line. The floor manager even went back and quickly packed everything right. I call that being dishoned. So fooooock your managers for lying to a customer. Thats all i can say.
