Bad bad bad bad bad customer service

You guys don't even deserve a star I have been waiting for my refund via your app bottles since 9 June 2021 till today and you still don't have the decency to even contact me I have to follow up... I will never tell anyone to use that stupid app of yours cause you guys are unreliable and not honest to your customers.
