Bad Attitudes

While shopping we tried to purchase an item from Pick n Pay Wonderboom Junction. The item was placed on a tag that showed it marked down. When it was scanned the price was different, the floor supervisor was called and brought a completely different tag. My wife then went to go to the display and took a photo of the price marked down, I showed this photo to the floor manager, who still denied the mark down and claimed we should read the tag as it was a different item. In short the teams attitude is that customers must make sure about prices as their staff pack incorrectly.
