Bad Attitude/Lack of Customer service

I went to Pick n Pay at Kempton Square in Kempton Park. There were long queues so I went to Teller that is closer to the door and there was a trolley with some groceries inside and two ladies at the till. My friend and I as soon as we remove the trolley to pass through to go and pay. A lady by the name of Mogadis Admin staff who was wearing red and white, shouted at us"we are closed" mind it just a trolley there with no sign on top of it to show that they are close in that particular till. So we moved to kiosk to pay there and as well to lodge a complain. When she saw us talking to her colleagues she came by to tell us her name with a very stinky attitude, she told us she doesn't have a name tag but we can complain about her she doesn't care.
